Shipping policy

We do our very best to ship all orders within 1-3 days

Due to occasional delays with USPS, you may see "Pre-shipment" as a status on your tracking link for longer than usual. Rest assured that your package is on its way to you, it just has not been processed and scanned by USPS. Please continue checking your tracking link for updates on your order.

Once orders leave our hands, we do not have control over the time it will take to be delivered to you. If you have any questions regarding a delayed delivery, we suggest contacting your local USPS Post Office for more information.

If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please wait 2-3 business days for the package to arrive to you before contacting our Customer Service or USPS.
